Dr. Ravin's office is located at 45 S. Dahlia St. in Denver, Colorado. Located in a residential neighborhood, the office-house combination was built by his physician parents in 1951 to accommodate his mother's dermatology practice and allow her to continue to be a mother at the same time. His mother retired from dermatology in 1990, and Tom moved into the office in 1993.

The office staff consists of Karen Ravin who takes the dictation and does the billing and Shelley Johnson who makes the office run well. Shelly has worked with Dr. Ravin for 21 years and can answer almost any question about prolotherapy—from what it can do to how to get the most out of it. All the staff has experienced prolotherapy, manipulation, and neural therapy firsthand.

The office "doorbells" are Duque and Buster, two Havanese who bark a lot, don't bite, and love to be petted.
